Jamus Wood

Core Team
Onsite coordinator

Jamus (he/him) dances,  explores and has an innate curiosity for life. Deeply influenced and rooted by the practices of Body Mind Centering, Contact Improvisation, explorations into The Land and Embodied Consciousness, Jamus currently explores the more than human relationship with Dartmoor and the question of what does the land remember.

Touch&Play has been a rich place of learning, experiencing and play over the last ten years, so much so that he finds myself as part of the organising team for this unique and exciting experience.

Intensives Teachers

INTENSIVES
An Intensive Class is taught every mornings of the retreat with the same group so you can evolve together and build on whatever you created and learned beforehand. The three Intensive offerings run parallel so you will be part of only one group.

Bibi Gratzer

Intensive Teacher

Glastonbury-based Bibi (she/her) works with embodiment practices, ritual, breath, sound and dance. Through working with the archetype of the wild sexual feminine, Bibi supports folks to reclaim themselves as Earth again, as holy, and as interconnected beings that feel and breathe with life.

Bibi’s work is informed by a blend of somatic practice, temple arts training, shadow work, mystic traditions, systemic/family constellations, and masculine–feminine archetypal inquiry, as well as an integrated approach to sexuality. Bibi’s trainings include Layla Martin’s VITA method and TTT, The Temple Training.

Class Teachers

Alvaro Santisteban Dieguez
Double Class Teacher

Álvaro organises sex-positive CI laboratories where the intersection between dance, bodywork and creativity are at the core of the exploration.
Deeply concerned by neoliberal mantras of constant self-improvement, his labs tend to prioritize the small and the slow, acknowledging that each lab is an opportunity and open question that is to be answered collectively – with our bodies, feelings and creativity.

Passionate about art and contemporary dance, Álvaro’s workshops aim to create the conditions in which the inner and outer beauty of things come together, providing a radical sense of aesthetic pleasure.

Nathalia Westmacott

Double Class Teacher

A longstanding facilitator and trainer in the breathwork community, Nathalia supports folks to find “Inspiration through respiration!” at The Greenery, her beautiful retreat centre in the midlands.

Moss Beynon Juckes

Single Class Teacher and Musician

Moss Beynon Juckes is a Berlin-based multidisciplinary dance artist, composer, and somatics facilitator whose work intricately weaves intimacy, relationship and embodied practices. Drawing from an experimental background, she explores the body as a landscape reflecting our social conditioning and interconnectedness with the environment and other species.

Through somatic facilitation, body voice work, consent and contact improvisation, Moss creates space for transformative experiences of touch, offering opportunities for individuals to reconnect with the body in deep, often surprising ways.

Her approach emphasizes the importance of embodiment in communication, health, and perception, while also engaging in critical dialogues on queer ecology, interspecies communication, and neurodiversity. In her work, the body becomes a conduit for reimagining relationships-both human and non-human-and opening new possibilities for understanding intimacy and connection in a rapidly changing world.

Musicians

Marie “Murry” Echo

Marie/Murry’s (fae/they/she/eyeball) primary partnership is with the meandering magic of the Muse.

Both a contact dancer & vocal improviser, the union of movement and sound is at the core of her practice of somatic instrumentation.
In reverence & revelry- Eye am so delighted to play and pray with you all.
