Stefanie walks a contemplative path, guided by curiosity about the deeper currents of life – the places where body, spirit, sexuality, love, grief, and ecstasy meet. Rooted in the Christian contemplative tradition and shaped by her feminist upbringing as well as many years of exploring the world with a wide variety of humans on many wild paths, she draws great inspiration from communities such as Taizé and Tamera.
These days, she continues to follow a path of inquiry and connection nourished by the work of David Deida, Etty Hillesum, John O’Donohue and all the wonderful everyday mystics she encounters at every corner in her beloved hometown of choice, Porto – Portugal, where she teaches (verbal) languages and shares grief work through her own platform.
She gets deeply excited about (co)creating conversations and spaces that honor and explore the wisdom of the body, the sacred dimension of sexuality, and the transformative power of grief. At the heart of her path is the longing that through conscious relationship, shared healing, and learning in community we help each other understand better what it means to be human.”

Genderfluid, queer, poly and neurospicy human. Part mischief-maker, part gentle guide, and always a curious explorer and N-egotiator at heart. Whether leading a group into laughter or holding space for quiet reflection, I make an effort to bring a playful spark and a grounded presence to every Touch&Play gathering.
My life is a colorful tapestry of travel, family constellations, and co-creating communities that span continents. For over a decade, I’ve been part of an artisanal and local cheese cooperative that I started in Cochabamba, Bolivia, where I was born and raised. These days you’ll find me more often behind the scenes, handling the admin magic.
I’m also the Work&Play coordinator, co-creating with the local teams the T&P events that happen all over the world.

Social Entrepreneur, Community leader, Practical Idealist with an MD. and Ph.D. in Tropical Medicine. He’s been dancing, playing, meditating and conversing Contact Improvisation (CI) for over 20 years.
He is the founder of the Touch&Play Movement and the Vidàlia eco-village outside Barcelona. He is the current Executive Director of Earthdance the oldest CI based Intentional Community located in Western Massachusetts and partner in CAMP an arts and cultural retreat center on the Coast of Oaxaca.
He’s been exploring the intricacies of the Relational Body for over 15 years and is committed to building a more peaceful and authentic world through his social entrepreneurial and creative endeavors.

Carina Cardoso é terapeuta somatica e sexual de integração emocial, especialista em trauma e hipnoterapeuta. Facilita processos de consciência e cria de experiências relacionais e imersivas. O seu trabalho centra-se na relação entre sistema nervoso, trauma e intimidade, explorando como o corpo pode tornar-se um recurso para presença, escolha e conexão autêntica. A sua abordagem combina o corpo, respiração, estados expandidos de consciencia, tantra e práticas de presença para apoiar pessoas e grupos a navegar fronteiras, desejo, limites, presença, pertencimento e novas formas de estar em relação.
Luis (Pramod) Bento
The Bellybutton Encounters
A dancer, father, lover, partner and friend. Works as a bioenergetics body psychotherapist teaches Active Meditation techniques and in the Inimpetus theater school in Lisbon and shares his long Contact Improvisation, Martial Arts and “shamanic” experience all over the world. Graduated in Bioenergetics at Namastê center in Porto Alegre, Brasil, where he lived and worked. Also studied at the Humaniversity therapeutic center, in the Netherlands.
Pramod led the foundation of several Dance-Theater-Performance schools in Portugal, CEM, SOU and EVOE. Likewise, co-founded BIOTribe, a professional association and a center for Bioenergetics therapy and Active Meditation. Since 2000, he has foculised the Encontros do Umbigo (Bellybutton Encounters) project

My profound enthusiasm for life and a lifelong thirst for learning have led me through multiple countries, relationships, and paths. Today, I embrace a nomadic life while seeking to settle in a place where connection with Pachamama and a conscious community are the core pillars of existence. For over 20 years, I have engaged in deep introspective and healing journeys through various modalities: training as a therapeutic yoga teacher, massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, sound healer, and meditation facilitator. Combining more than 15 years as a manager of alternative education and leisure spaces—where play is the primary catalyst for personal and relational growth—with my experience in non-monogamous relationships and a lifelong ‘out of the box’ perspective, I am deeply committed to supporting the T&P movement. My mission is to contribute to a world where all beings can live with freedom and happiness.

Alejandro Karasik holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Choreographic Composition with a focus on Body Expression (UNA, 2014); a Master of Arts in Solo/Dance/Authorship (HZT–Berlin University of the Arts, 2018) and a Postgraduate Degree in Sexology and Sexual Health at FUNDASSEX (2024).
