OFFERINGS
There will be a variety of facilitated classes around (the edges of) Contact Improvisation, Movement, Consent & Communication, Self-Exploration, Sensuality & Sexuality, BDSM, Nature&Wilderness, Community and Spirituality.
Also we’ll make sure there are free slots which allow time to breath, integrate, connect further or which might be space for some voluntary community offerings.
We like to keep a certain flexibility in structure for needs that arise out of the group process, such as discussions, rituals, singing circles, jams and additional creative content.
Below you can find some workshops that will happen during our time together,
The Bellybutton Encounters – The way towards the other starts with the journey into yourself!
offered by a Pramod Bento
“An encounter exists when there is intention and at least two presences, it is impractical when two absences try to find something on the other side where nothing exists. In my work I see myself as an activator of doors that you can choose to open and look deeper within yourself with honesty. My purpose is to tell my personal story, to show you what I can do, inviting you to join me so we can walk part of the path together, growing with it. for you!”
In the Touch&Play I see the Bellybutton Encounters as several sessions of a practice based in Bioenergetics and Active Meditation, in a struture to be discussed with you and adapted to the flow of other events and of what is happening with the group during the process. As a way towards a more honest and clear comunication, starting with oneself and then others, in all levels, energetic, physical, mental and in even more subtle ways. And also as a means to support whatever struggles might emerge with each person. Eventually we may also naturally evolve towards physical creative practices with Contact Improvisation and Martial Arts.

How do we meet one another when our nervous system is on alert, in defense, or disconnected? This workshop is a somatic-relational laboratory for exploring how difference, proximity, and tension live in the body — and how we can cultivate the resources to stay present in encounter. We begin from a simple principle found in somatic therapy and trauma-informed approaches: without regulation, there is no choice; without a felt sense of safety, the body moves into protection. The session begins with a guided arrival to support each participant in orienting internally and within the space, activating resources for self-regulation. Through practices of interoceptive awareness, grounding, and slow movement, we create the conditions for the nervous system to shift out of survival mode and into curiosity.
From this foundation, we move into progressive relational exercises that explore boundaries, consent, and the body’s micro-responses in meeting another. We investigate how “yes,” “no,” and “maybe” first appear as sensations before they become words. Inspired by principles from somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, and tantric practices, the workshop invites us to experience tension not as something to avoid, but as a field of information — a place where new ways of relating can emerge. The session culminates in a simple collective exploration, where participants can feel how individual regulation supports co-regulation and opens space for a more organic sense of belonging.
co-sentir: Somática do Desejo
offered by a Carina Cardoso
(English below)

What happens when we treat desire as a somatic experience — something that can be felt, regulated, and listened to in the body before it is interpreted or translated into action? This session is a space to explore desire as an inner movement: an energy that may arise as curiosity, excitement, approach, withdrawal, or ambivalence. Rather than automatically following it or repressing it, the invitation is to slow down and learn to recognize its nuances. We begin with arrival practices and nervous system regulation, supporting each participant in developing interoceptive awareness and resources to stay present with intense or subtle sensations. From there, we move into guided explorations with breath, movement, and relational exercises that help differentiate impulse, choice, and communication. Inspired by somatic approaches, trauma work, and tantra, the workshop offers a safe field for experiencing how desire transforms when it is met with space, listening, and clear boundaries. The session culminates in a simple integration, allowing us to recognize how awareness of desire can expand autonomy, authenticity, and the capacity to be in relationship.
We-Vibrations: An Acoustic Morning Ritual

Establishing a daily morning singing circle provides a dedicated space for interaction, where music serves as a tool for healing and emotional uplift. These sessions foster joy, connection, and relaxation, carrying these positive states into the rest of the day.
