Embodied Liberation (INTENSIVE)
At the root of this destructive path of humanity is a disconnection from our bodies, each other, the land and spirit.
Some aspects of these relationships are sharply severed; some are twisted and gnarled with layers upon layers of personal, cultural and collective experiences.
Our legacies of systemic oppression, generational trauma, and how we’ve been socialized disconnect us from what is possible. At this moment in the trajectory of our species, in the face of the escalation of power abuse and the unknowns of climate chaos, our greatest strength lies in interconnectedness.
This begins in our bodies where the patterns are rooted. We can only create new possibilities and pathways through the unknown times ahead by dismantling and re-patterning the layers of disconnection we have internalized and thus reweave ourselves into the life-affirming, creative potential and loving web of belonging.
Our journey together will be through tender, deep and radical acts of play, somatics, movement, costume, sacred kink, ritual, and relational practices. It is informed by many tributaries of study and experience including somatic and play-based therapies, dance, BDSM/kink, ritual theater, neuroscience, fascia, ancestral lineage repair, earth-based spiritual practices, NVC, authentic relating and puppetry.
Beata Absalon
will be offering an Intensive Class
Orgies, swarms, group intimacy (INTENSIVE)
From secret ceremonial dance rites by the ancient Greeks, to hippiesque Summer-of-Love merriments, from wild feasts to becoming one in an oceanic feeling of dissolving into each other and feeling like a bean sprout entangled in a big salad of overlaying veggies…
We’ll let ourselves be inspired by the many facets of the orgiastic, re-enact ur favorite
scenarios and workshop the difficulties of group sexuality.
Intimacy with one other being is complex enough – so how do we nagivate
manifold bodies, desires, boundaries, wishes?
How do we cultivate hospitality and become safely permeable, so we create something together that
feels attuned – like a symphony played by a synchronised orchestra, not just a cacophony of random
sounds?
We will engage in different improvisational arts of being in
contact with many people at the same time (through touch, sound, movement, play, breath or
sensuality), following a free flow or planning the interactions beforehand.
Always with a strong basis of consent.
Santiago Harris & Nicolas Cambas

WE • Re-emergence of the collective instinct (INTENSIVE)
In the midst of complex paradigm changes and falling empires, bunches of overly individualized people are craving to return to a collective form that has been long forgotten and seems to be inaccessible.
We try to find meaning in facts and ideologies, or in the repetition of ancient forms, but nothing seems to work completely, as we continue the insane race towards an undesired fragmented destiny.
But, what if the highest form of intelligence and expression we can experience together is not rational? What if there’s an immaterial field that comes to life when we become part of a bigger circle?
What if this common field of undiscovered potentiality is the doorway to our next steps in evolution?
WE is an invitation to reconsider what you (think you) know about humans in a collective state.
And to experience the possibility of letting our natural instinct guide us back to where we always belonged:The flock, the pack, the nest, the hive.
The tribe From morphic resonance to contact improvisation (CI), from anarchy to somatics.
A body oriented process with creativity as the igniting fire. Biology, politics, psychology and arts weaving together in this collective countercultural exploration, becoming a possible antidote for a world in dissociation.
Which are the objectives of this workshop?
To support collective transformation in the liminal space where spirituality, biology, politics and art intertwine and dissolve, and we can meet in the raw here and now, to grow beyond our (unconscious) beliefs.
Key Themes & Somatic Explorations:
- Collective intelligence beyond rationality + Deep biological need for bonding= Instinct!
- CI as a practice of radical presence. Co -creation of Safe and Authentic spaces and the importance of individuality in collectivity. The spectrum between consent and appeasement.
- The war wound: Acknowledging collective trauma through somatic approaches.
- Competitive vs. Cooperative states, the nervous system’s shift between threat and belonging and their effects: Borders, Doors and Thresholds.
- Recognizing invisible patterns, beliefs and myths: the collective unconscious.
- Flocking: the transcendental message from the birds.
- Inside and outside, the duality of transformation. The proprioceptive and neuroceptive dialogue between inner sensation and outer relation.
This workshop is for you, if you…
- feel that the future is collective and you are hopeful or confused about it.
- are part of a collective that wants to grow, or you want to be part of one.
- feel hurt by the collective and would like to change that.
- feel stuck in old patterns and want to break free from limiting beliefs.
- feel called to discover a wider version of your identity in a group and want to cultivate deeper authenticity in your relationships—with yourself, others, and life itself.
- want to provide and experience safety with others as a somatic reality that can be felt.
- want to experience and share in organic cooperation.
- you understand playfulness, creativity and the body as sources of deep transformation.
Mona-Alice Hey
will be offering a Single Class and a Ritual
1.Listening Ropes - The Art of (Inter) Binding
In a world that often feels fragmented, the theme of Interbeing reminds us of the radical interconnectedness of all life.
In this workshop the rope is used as a medium to experience this interdependence and connection with our senses: Bondage as a physical dialogue between two bodies.
It’s an invitation to listen: to ourselves, to our partner, and to the shared space between us:
From what place within me do I reach out?
What touch is the other body inviting? And how does it react to the rope?
How does the rope become a sensory experience of our shared connection?
Encountering yourself and your partner by listening.
Without knots or techniques.
2.Playspace ritual: Unexplored wilderness
A ritual without woo-woo. You will find your safe harbor in the space (another person).
From there you can take the risk to explore the wilderness, with your blindfold on: A slow and conscious exploration with your eyes closed.
Sharpening your senses away from sight, meeting other bodies.
What emerges, when you can return to your harbor anytime?
Do you want to go on an adventure or rather stay there?
How playful, serious, sensual do the encounters with other creatures become?
Is it possible to move beyond the personal experience and stories toward the experience of belonging? Being a human creature among others?
Is it possible to experience in field we will open, that we are interconnected?
After the ritual, there will be a guided transition into the open space.
Bring a blindfold.

will be offering 2 Single Classes
1.Fluentbody
Fluentbody – a combination of movement, breath, and somatic bodywork developed by Florencia Lamarca
At its heart, Fluentbody is a journey back to aliveness—into the deep intelligence of the body.
A return to the body as a place of truth, memory, and deep knowing.
Through gentle, intuitive movement, breath, and the raw expression of voice, we begin to listen—not with the mind, but with the whole being. We allow ourselfs to feel fully, honestly, and without holding back. Generosity becomes a physical experience. Aliveness becomes tangible.
In Fluentbody, we celebrate sensitivity as strength and honor vulnerability and uniqueness.
You may encounter lightness, playfulness, and pleasure.
You may also meet resistance, tension, or long-hidden emotions.
Everything is welcome.
Layers of tension may soften when we allow the deeper drop into the Body- energy may begin to flow more freely, and a sense of connection may emerge—to yourself, to others, and to the greater pulse of life.
Fluentbody is grounded in the idea that life itself is movement—cyclical, ever-changing, and deeply intelligent. Just like waves, we expand and contract, rise and fall, dissolve and renew.
By attuning to these natural rhythms within the body, we reconnect with life’s inherent flow:
* the beauty and the chaos
* the abundance and the mystery
* the decay and the rebirth
When we immerse ourselves in the body, everything becomes vivid and awake.
We Connect to our inner treasures—our authenticity, our creative power and our sensitivity. And yes, also the pain that may have been held for a long time.
But within movement, there is space for all of it.
As we allow ourselves to expand, soften, and move freely, the body remembers.
It remembers the life force that flows through us—
the energy we have never been separated from,
the quiet, healing intelligence that is always there.
2.Pleasure of Earth
What if we begin by tuning in to our own breath, to the breath we share, and to the breath of the Earth?
We allow ourselves to join the rhythm of nature, remembering our interwovenness and reciprocity not as a concept, but as a deep felt sense of belonging. What kind of intelligence opens between sensing female bodies as we join the intelligence of life?
It’s an invitation to return to the wisdom of the woman’s body, deepening our sensing in our breasts, heart, womb, yoni, pelvis, lips, and mouth as portals to enter the mystery and beauty of life.
The forest becomes our mirror and lover in a sacred sense, touching us through subtle vibration, wind, green colors, scent, and sound. How deeply can we let this life move through us? How much can we receive? What wants to move and be expressed through your wild body? What happens if we follow our curiousity and become part of life‘s playfulness?
Through breath, movement, touch, and voice, we listen with our whole bodies, opening to be held, loved, and desired by the Earth, by other women, and by life itself.
I believe to be human is a rare and exquisite gift. We are woven into the fabric of life’s beauty, both witness and creator. With our hands, our voices, and our presence, we can add to this beauty. I believe we are Goddesses.
Natali Gross
will be offering 2 Single Classes
1.Cartography of desire. Eco-sensitive linkages
This project starts from the premise that the body is the first territory we inhabit and from which we connect.
In sex-positive contexts, the body is often approached from the perspective of pleasure and consent, but rarely from its profound ecological and relational dimensions.
Cartographies of Desire proposes exploring dance as a somatic practice that reconnects the individual with their corporeality, with others, and with nature understood as a larger body.
The intention is to enable experiences of presence, listening, and non-utilitarian connection, where eroticism expands beyond the genital towards vitality, care, and reciprocity.
It articulates practice and reflection from an ethics of consent and situated enjoyment.
2.Raw Flesh
What happens when we stop hiding our scars and allow ourselves to inhabit the “raw flesh”?
Raw Flesh is a collaborative performance experience that transforms the concept of wounding into an act of shared creation.
Through a contemporary ritual structure, participants move from exposing their emotional fragility to constructing a symbolic “new skin.”
Using tactile elements such as water, gauze, and clay, this piece invites attendees to move beyond being spectators and become agents of healing.
It is not just about observing pain, but about experiencing how ritual contact and the support of the group can accelerate the soul’s healing processes.
It is a safe space to be exposed, where vulnerability is not a weakness, but the connective tissue of our humanity.
Ramona Ring
will be offering a Morning Practice
Dreamspace
In this morning practice we extend the liminal space between dreaming and waking for an hour during which we turn towards the symbols of our dreams. We explore them through movement, experience them in our bodies, witness each other dancing with them, and get closer to them through painting and writing.
When we engage in dreamwork somatically and creatively something magical can begin to occur – we experience belonging to something larger as an actual felt sense in our systems. A warm connectedness and a feeling of being supported by something that we can’t see in our waking state, but that is constantly present.
The mystery is always open to communicate with us.
Like every relationship, this one too, thrives on attention and care that flows in both directions. The practice is to engage with curiosity and wonder instead of as if we simply want to extract something from the other.
Once we start turning towards our nightly dreams with openness, we meet a reliable source of poetic information, that is not distorted by our psychological patterns and cultural conditioning, but rather points out where those might hinder us from being in a deep erotic relationship with life.
To participate it is not necessary that you remember your dreams every night – only some curiosity and willingness to begin relating is needed.
